      Just wanted to point out that the padding-right on .piklist-field select in piklist.css is making the dropdown arrow (background-image) appear behind the text (.wp-core-ui select in the latest WordPress uses padding-right of 24px)

      Sure, it is attached here 🙂

      As you can see the normal non-piklist fields are appearing right.

      It looks like the first one is just too large for the dropdown. For the second one add "columns" => 12 to the field config

      Yes and no 🙂 I would say it should still avoid text and arrow graphics on top of each other.

      If I have a longer select value in the defualt WordPress selects the do it right (see attachment).
